Hills actively participates in the distribution of grants via the Landfill Communities Fund. The map on the left shows projects that have received funding grants.
Through the Landfill Communities Fund we provide regular grants to Community First, the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust and also the Cotswold Lakes Trust charities, who in turn use the money to improve the lives of local people and also the local environment in which we live and work.
Community First
Community First works to improve the lives of people and communities in Wiltshire and Swindon. The charity works on the ground, at the grassroots and delivers programmes and services that make a real and lasting change in the lives of the most vulnerable people in the county.
Wiltshire Wildlife Trust
Wiltshire Wildlife Trust is a conservation charity, who own over 40 nature reserves across Wiltshire and Swindon.
Cotswold Lakes Trust
Cotswold Lakes Trust is a charity dedicated to the conservation and enhancement of the Cotswold Water Park for the benefit of wildlife and people.
