Employees can speak to their Line Manager or Supervisor. If they feel unable to speak with their Line Manager or Supervisor, they can speak with the Human Resources team.
Employee Assistance Programme
Employees have free access to this health and wellbeing service, which includes free counselling and advice. There is a 24-hour helpline where Employees can speak to someone straight away who may be able to help instantly. If the issue needs more formal support, structured counselling sessions, either over the telephone or face-to-face, can be arranged.

Your own GP can discuss any problems with you and advise as to appropriate treatment. You may be offered treatment at the practice or be referred to a local drug or alcohol service.
