The Bupa EAP is there for every employee when you need extra support – to help take care of your mental health and wellbeing, with services like counselling and practical support on money management, legal advice and more.

What is included?:

Around one in four people in England are affected by mental health issues. Bupa’s EAP gives you access to six telephone and six face-to-face counselling sessions to discuss whatever is on your mind – whether it’s stress, bereavement, financial worries, anxiety and depression or family issues.

As you can see below, Bupa’s EAP offers expert advice and guidance in a number of areas:
